By creating an account or joining a community on this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account or use another member's account. You must be at least 13 years of age to use this platform.
You agree not to post content that is unlawful, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. Community administrators may remove content or members that violate community guidelines.
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and display your content within the platform for the purpose of operating the service.
We aim to maintain a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Community owners may remove members from their communities at any time.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Zealand.
